The following was taken word for word from Doug the Stud's Board.... Our Good Friend , All Origonal actually sat down and typed all of this out... I am posting it here because there have been some questions posted recently about places to Host photos....
How to post pictures/Other photo options
How to post photos:
**EcomPlanet
Go to ecomPlanet and click on "build a free website" which is near the bottom center of the page.
Then, after you have filled in the necessary information required, login to your site with your password and username.
Click on "site builder" at the top left of the page.
Then, look at the "quick navigation" area to the left. It has a blue background. Go down and click "add/edit images" which is just above "help desk".
Once you have done all of the above, you can simply browse your computer for photos you wish to upload, then upload them of course.
Once they have been loaded, you need to right click on the photo itself, go down to "properties" and copy(Ctrl-C) the (URL)address noted there in properties.
To post that photo(s) here on the board, start a new thread or reply to a thread and use the "IMG" button in the "vB Code" area, it's about an inch below the area where your thread title will go.
Simply paste(Ctrl-V) the URL you copied into the little pop-up IMG box and then click "OK" and your photo has been linked.
Like shampoo, repeat as needed.

**Photoisland
Recently, Photoisland issued the following statement regarding their free account subscribers. Please read the following information to familiarize yourself with Photoisland's new policies.
The following list outlines the changes and maintenance for PhotoIsland services beginning September 16, 2002:
1. Inactive Account Management
a. Remove all images in accounts that have been inactive for at least 90 days.
b. Begin monitoring and removing accounts that are not accessed for 90 days.
2. Storage Space
a. All free PhotoIsland members allocated 10MBs of free storage.
b. All accounts over their storage limits will have images removed until they meet storage space limitations
c. Additional storage space is and will be available for subscribers who wish to upgrade their account.
3. Guest Access
a. Free subscribers - Limit of four guest sessions per day
b. Subscribers with paid storage - Limit of ten guest sessions per day
Go to Photoisland and sign up for an account. Once you have done that, login to your account and click on "make a new album" located on the left side of the screen.
You will then be asked to "select an album type". Click the one on the left for multiple photo capability. Once you have chosen this album type, give a name to your album for your convenience and design the album photo layout and click "next". Now you are able to upload multiple photos from 1 to as many as 20 pics at one time.
Once you have loaded your photo(s), you will be taken directly to that album. Click on the photo you wish to link. You will now be looking at your photo.
Look to the left of the screen in the quick navigation area for the section entitled "photo options" nearer the bottom. The last option in that section is "link for auction". Click on "link for auction" and a little pop-up window will appear. This pop-up will have the (URL)address for your photo with a convenient "highlight text" button to give you a head start on the copy/paste procedure. Click "highlight text" and then copy(Crtl-C) the photo.
Like sunblocker, repeat as needed.
Other options:
**Epson photo
Go to Epson photo and look to the left side of the screen. Under the "welcome" area, you will find the "sign up" link. Click that and fill in the required information.
Once you have done this, login to your epson account. You will be brought to the "My album" section. Look for "create a new album" and click on that. Decide on an album name and once you have, click "create new album".
You will be brought back to the "My album" area again. Now, look to the left of the screen for "add new photos" and click on that. You can now upload as many as 36 photos to this album directly or any other album you create in the future.
You also have the option of uploading several photos into what is known as the "photo inbox". This allows you to store your photos before actually transferring them to any particular album. Very handy if you are uploading different types of photos for this site or maybe photos for your family to see and so on.
Anyway, once you have browsed your computer for the desired photos, click "add new photos" to upload them to your account.
Once they are uploaded, click on "view my albums" and look for the name of the album you have just uploaded to. Click on that album and you should now see your photo.
You have control over the settings of your various albums. You can make them private if you like. If they are not private, you can simply copy(Ctrl-C) the (URL)address of your album so people can see your photos. (You can also link to the (URL)address of all of your albums so people can choose from your album selection.)
To post a link to that epson album or epson account here on the board, start a new thread or reply to a thread and use the "http://" button in the "vB Code" area, it's about an inch below the area where your thread title will go. You have the option of having the text of your choice to accompany your URL link. That option is shown first once you click the "http://" button. Type in text if you like and then click "ok". You are not required to provide text, but you'll look cool if you do it.
Next, simply paste(Ctrl-V) the URL you copied into the next pop-up provided and then click "OK" and the link to your albums has beed provided.
I hope this will be useful information to the newer people unfamiliar with posting photos or links. Do not try and link to the exact URL of the photo from any of these types of sites as they require people to login to their site in order to do so. Things like yahoo briefcase and angelfire and so on do not allow hotlinking, as far as I know. I have performed these exact directions for all these sites and it has not failed one time. If you have any troubles, please let me know and I will attempt to help you.
thanks AO..... youre a good guy after all
